  1. Initial Consultation (Free)

    Discuss project scope, materials, timeline, and budget.

    Rough design concept shared after consultation.

  2. Design & Proposal (10% Deposit)

    A 10% deposit is required to begin design refinements and finalize project details.

    Includes two design revisions.

  1. Production Start (40% Deposit)

    Once the design is approved, a 40% deposit secures materials and production scheduling.

  1. Completion & Delivery (50% Final Payment)

    The remaining 50% is due before delivery or pickup of the completed furniture piece.

Q: How long does it take to complete an order?
A: Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the project, but most pieces are completed within 4-8 weeks.
