Design & Proposal (10% Deposit)
A 10% deposit is required to begin design refinements and finalize project details.
Includes two design revisions.
Production Start (40% Deposit)
Once the design is approved, a 40% deposit secures materials and production scheduling.
Completion & Delivery (50% Final Payment)
The remaining 50% is due before delivery or pickup of the completed furniture piece.
